Matriart offers in-person and on-demand infant massage courses.
❋ In-person Courses
In Matriart’s in-person infant massage course you will learn the complete infant massage routine plus strategies to soothe your baby and read and respond to your baby’s cues, while connecting and crowdsourcing with other new parents.
The course meets weekly over five weeks and is led by Matriart owner, Dr. Catherine Noonan, a board certified specialist in pediatric physical therapy, DONA-certified postpartum doula, and certified educator of infant massage.
Note: This course is designed for infants up to one year old (not yet walking) and their caregiver.

Our on-demand video-based course offers short videos to help you prepare yourself, your baby, and your environment for infant massage.
You’ll learn to read your baby’s cues and receive understandable instruction in the infant massage sequence, including the colic routine.
A downloadable PDF of the entire routine is included in purchase price. Course purchase enables access to the course for one year.

Hi, I’m Catherine! I’m a board certified specialist in pediatric physical therapy, a postpartum doula, and a certified educator of infant massage. A former high school teacher and university professor, I have been teaching children, adults, and families for over twenty years. I strive to create a learning environment where people of all ages feel respected and valued and are given tools to reach their developmental potential.
