How It Works
Get the physical therapy care you need in three simple steps:
Referral
Contact us via the button below or call us at (910) 801-2195 to refer yourself, a family member, or a client. We’ll discuss your physical therapy needs and schedule your initial evaluation.
Evaluation
Your therapist will perform an initial evaluation—either in your home or school or via telehealth, depending on your location and needs. This appointment will generally last 60 - 90 minutes. We’ll discuss your medical history, your primary issue or complaint, and your goals for therapy. Your therapist will perform tests and measures to assess your baseline.
Treatment
After analyzing the results of your evaluation, your therapist will develop a recommended plan of care, including interventions and appointments tailored to your needs. We’ll share your evaluation results, recommendations, and schedule your first visit.
