This synchronous, online group will meet weekly for six weeks and is ideal for caregivers in the fourth trimester. Connect with fellow parents navigating the postpartum period while gaining new skills and resources for your parenting journey—all in short manageable sessions you can join from the convenience of your own sweatpants.

Infant massage promotes parent-child bonding and healthy weight gain in infants. After learning infant massage, parents report more confidence soothing their babies, better infant sleep, and stronger connection. This online self-paced course will teach caregivers the loving art of infant massage over a series of 18 brief videos and includes the colic routine.
