Sessions will meet via Zoom and will include information, resources, and both professional and peer support for your postpartum journey. Topics covered include: infant feeding, soothing, and development; managing new roles and responsibilities; physical and mental wellbeing; and accessing resources.
Please note: This circle is best suited for parents in the first 12 weeks after newborn birth or adoption.
